How do I create an account with Libby?
To create a Libby account, a patron needs to download the Libby app from their app store, find the Jefferson Public Library, and register an account. Patrons can register with their Jefferson Public Library card.
How many titles can I borrow at a time?
Patrons can borrow up to 5 titles at one time.
How long can I borrow a title?
Titles can be borrowed for 14 days and renewed one time.
Are there holds or waits for materials?
Yes. You can track your estimated wait time for a title by going to your "Shelf" section and selecting "Holds". Your estimated wait time, your place in line, and the number of copies available will also be located in this section.
Can I use my Libby account for multiple libraries?
Yes. Add multiple libraries that you visit under your Libby account by tapping "Library" and following prompts as directed.
