Teen Winter Reading Challenge: Battle of the Ban[ne]d

January 10 - March 20

Let the fires of friendly competition keep you warm this winter: the Jefferson Public Library is introducing a high-school winter reading challenge this year!

Compete solo or with a group of up to 3 of your friends to read a minimum of 10 books between now and March 20. There are over 30 titles to choose from, ranging from banned books, to books about bands, to graphic novels and everything in between!

Candyland Escape Room at the Sierra Community Theatre

March 6 and 7 from 7 - 9 PM

The Candy King and his castle are known for going on adventures, but this time, they've disappeared entirely. Where have they gone? And is there something more sinister than sweet to this disappearance? Descend into the depths of the Sierra Community Theatre and enter Candyland to solve puzzles, riddles, and other obstacles to bring order back to the land in this twist on a classic board game. 20 minute sessions (1 group per time slot).
